Preproduction
Once a design is finalised, preproduction comes as an essential element in the lead up to production. Lewis will work with your team in handling the technical aspects of your project including power, networking and data distribution. Generating the necessary paperwork, reports, as well as provide elements such as fixture labels, truck packs and truss tapes.
Lewis will attend site visits, and work directly with vendors, in-house when required to ensure smooth delivery of production. Assisting in pre-addressing and configuration of systems.
Truss tapes can printed for complex rigs that feature large quantities of different fixture types, when time is limited. Truss tapes accurately plot the location of fixtures, hoists, power and data points, as well as display useful information above each device.
Lewis will provide deliverables for your team such as CSV and MVR files, and also offers showfile prep for MA2/3 systems that include patching, grouping, and building layouts saving your programmers time on-site.
